This User Agreement ("UA") is a legal agreement between you and Fifteenblades.com (Dr. Rola Rabah. This UA applies to the use of the blog (www.fifteenblades.com), YouTube Channel (www.Youtube.com/c/fifteenblades) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/fifteenblades) and any other related content to Dr. Rola Rabah.

By using all or any portion of the content originating from Fifteenblades, you accept all the terms and conditions of this UA.
The UA is a legally binding contract between you and Fifteenblades. It states the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the wesbite and all written and other information and materials displayed, linked to, or otherwise made available through the website, including, without limitation, articles, text, written opinion reports, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, computer Dr. Rola Rabah and code (the "Content"). By accessing and using the website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by all of these terms and conditions of the UA.
If you do not agree and accept these terms and conditions, you must not access or use the website. Fifteenblades may revise the UA at any time by updating this posting. Use of the Dr. Rola Rabah after such changes are posted will signify your acceptance of these revised terms. You should visit this page periodically to review the UA.
1 SCOPE OF SERVICE
The information that Fifteenblades provides does not in any way replace a traditional face-to-face examination by a dentist.
The Service provided through Fifteenblades is for informational purposes only and is not professional dental advice, diagnosis, treatment or care, nor is it not a substitute for a thorough oral evaluation and diagnosis by a competent and licensed health provider. Always seek the advice of a dentist or other qualified health provider properly licensed to practice dentistry in your jurisdiction. Never disregard professional dental advice or dental treatment or delay in seeking it. Information obtained from Fifteenblades is not exhaustive and does not cover all diseases, ailments, physical conditions or their treatment.
2. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
The presentation of Service from the blog, YouTube or Instagram does not establish a dentist-patient relationship between you (or someone else) and Dr. Rola Rabah (Fifteenblades or any of its contributors) and is not intended as a solicitation of individuals to become patients or clients of Dr. Rola Rabah.
3 NO ENDORSEMENTS
Unless specifically stated, Fifteenblades does not recommend or endorse any specific brand of products, services, procedures, business, or other information that appears or that may be advertised on the Dr. Rola Rabah.
4 COPYRIGHT
All copyright and other intellectual, industrial and/or proprietary rights to the Dr. Rola Rabah, and all content provided through the Service, are owned by Dr. Rola Rabah (Fifteenblades). Dr. Rola Rabah permits you to use Fifteenblades.com only in accordance with the terms of this UA. All rights not specifically granted in this UA are reserved by Fifteenblades. You grant Fifteenblades a non-exclusive license to use the image(s), information or comments provided by you in the use of the Service for all commercial and scientific uses.
Except to the extent expressly permitted in the UA, you may not (i) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, upload, download or transmit any content from Fifteenblades in whole or in part, (ii) sell, rent, lease, license, transfer or otherwise provide access to Fifteenblades, (iii) alter, remove, or cover any trademarks or proprietary notices included in Fifteenblades.com, and/or (iv) decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or reverse engineer Fifteenblades or assist others in doing so.
All content included on Fifteenblades, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, button icons, images, artwork, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and data (the “Service”), in any form including the compilation thereof, are protected by U.S. and international copyright law and conventions. The Content includes both Content owned or controlled by Dr. Rola Rabah. Direct or indirect reproduction of the Content, wholly or partially is prohibited without our written consent.
While certain trademarks of third parties may be used by Fifteenblades under license, the display of third-party trademarks on Fifteenblades should not be taken to imply any relationship or license between Fifteenblades and the owner of the trademark or to imply that Fifteenblades endorses the products, services, procedures, business, or other information of the owner of the said trademark.
5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The content that Dr. Rola Rabah provides does not replace a traditional face-to-face examination by a doctor.
Neither Fifteenblades.com and all related content, including any collaborators working with Dr. Rola Rabah under contract or other agreement, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and their respective successors or contractors cooperating with Fifteenblades be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any direct, special, indirect, exemplary or punitive, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, any loss or damages in the nature of, or relating to, lost business, medical injury, dental injury, personal injury, wrongful death, improper diagnosis, inaccurate information, improper treatment or any other loss incurred in connection with your use, misuse or reliance upon Fifteenblades.com, or your inability to use the Fifteenblades.com, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence), or otherwise. The foregoing limitation shall apply even if Dr. Rola Rabah knew of or ought to have known of the possibility of such damages.
This includes any consequences following any decision that you make on the basis of the advice obtained through the Service.
Fifteenblades also expressly disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third-party user advertiser or sponsor of Dr. Rola Rabah. Under no circumstances shall Fifteenblades, its collaborators, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and their respective successors and assigns, be liable for any injury, loss, damage (including direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages), or expense arising in any manner whatsoever from (i) the acts, omissions or conduct of any Third-Party, and (ii) any access, use, reliance upon or inability to use any materials, content, goods or services located at, or made available at, any Website linked to or from the Dr. Rola Rabah (fifteenblades.com), regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence), or otherwise. The foregoing limitation shall apply even if Dr. Rola Rabah knew of or ought to have known of the possibility of such damages.
Fifteenblades shall bear no liability for errors in the Service unless as required by law. This includes all direct or indirect liability for typographic errors, errors in information, errors in the specification, errors in pictures and illustrations, delivery delays, Service downtime, loss of case data.
6 INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. Rola Rabah and its collaborators, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and their respective successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys fees, liabilities, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including, without limitation, legal fees, accounting fees and disbursements, resulting directly or indirectly from (i) your breach of any of the terms and conditions of the UA, (ii) your access to, use, misuse, reliance upon or inability to access or use Fifteenblades.com, the Service or any Website to which Dr. Rola Rabah is or may be linked to from time to time or, (iii) your use of, reliance on, publication, communication, distribution, uploading or downloading of anything (including the Service) on or from Dr. Rola Rabah.
7 ADVERTISING
At this time Fifteenblades service does not have advertisements. In the case that advertisement is one of the monetization mechanisms for the service, this will be made apparent on fifteenblades.com. All advertisement as well as other commercial instruments will be clearly separated from the original content of the app or web page, so that a clear distinction is apparent.
8 LINKING
Fifteenblades contains links to third-party Websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Dr. Rola Rabah of any third-party Website or the content thereof. Unless expressly stated, Dr. Rola Rabah does not operate any third-party Website linked to Fifteenblades and is not responsible for the content of any third-party Website, nor does it make any representation, warranty, condition, or covenant of any kind regarding any third-party Website or the content thereof including, without limitation, any representation, warranty, condition, or covenant regarding (i) the legality, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness or suitability of any content on such third-party Websites, (ii) the merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose of any third-party Websites or material, content, Fifteenblades, goods, or services located at or made available through such third-party Websites, or (iii) that the operation of such third-party Websites will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects or errors in such third-party Websites will be corrected, or that such third-party Websites will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
While the Dr. Rola Rabah encourages links to Fifteenblades and all related content, she does not wish to be linked to or from any third-party Website which contains, posts or transmits any unlawful or indecent information of any kind, including, without limitation (i) any content constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, provincial, national, international law or regulation which may be damaging or detrimental to the activities, operations, credibility or integrity of Dr. Rola Rabah, or (ii) any Website which contains, posts or transmits any material or information of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. Fifteenblades reserves the right to prohibit or refuse to accept any link to Fifteenblades, including, without limitation, any link which contains or makes available any content or information of the foregoing nature, at any time. You agree to remove any link you may have to Fifteenblades upon the request of Dr. Rola Rabah (Fifteenblades).
9 E-MAIL
Due to the inherently non-secure nature of e-mail communication, Dr. Rola Rabah does not wish to use the Fifteenblades.com "Contact Us" form as a means of communication with the public or patients (i) regarding questions or issues of a medical or dental nature; or (ii) to establish dentist/patient relationships; E-mail communications regarding such matters will not be responded to and will be discarded unread.
10 CONTENT USE
Except as granted in the limited license herein, any use of the Service, including modification, transmission, presentation, distribution, republication, or other exploitation of Fifteenblades or of its Service, whether in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express prior written consent of Dr. Rola Rabah.
You agree to not upload, email or transmit to Dr. Rola Rabah any communications or content of any type that infringe or violate any rights of any individual or party. You agree to only post or upload media (like x-rays and images) that you own, have taken of yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person or party. To protect your privacy, you agree that you will not submit any media that contains personally identifiable information of you or anyone else. It is strictly prohibited to upload media of any kind that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity, pornography, sexually explicit or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with the UA.
When using Fifteenblades or Service, you agree that, in additions to any other terms, rules or guidelines in the UA, you agree that you will not undertake the following actions or use Fifteenblades or Service for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws; Posting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; Collecting information about Fifteenblades users, including email addresses or other personal information, without authorization; Posting the same note more than once or "spamming"; Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or party; Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Fifteenblades service (or the network(s) connected to the service) or in service; Resell or redistribute Fifteenblades content or products, or any part of Fifteenblades; Distributing viruses, trojan horses, worms, malware or any other harmful computer code; Posting material that is unlawful, libelous, profane, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other individual or party.

11 SECURITY
Fifteenblades takes such commercially reasonable measures as it deems appropriate to secure and protect information transmitted to and from Fifteenblades. Any information sent or received over the Internet is generally not secure.
Dr. Rola Rabah cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of any communication or transmissions to or from Fifteenblades.com or any related content.
